PROCESSING TIME IS UP TO 7 DAYS. THIS TIME COULD FLUCTUATE DUE TO ORDER VOLUME. THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY ONE PERSON AND YOUR PATIENCE WITH ME IS MUCH APPRECIATED. ORDERS SHIP EVERY MONDAY.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

once package is dropped off to the shipping carrier Steel Angel is not responsible for lost packages or late arrival times. All responsibility for your package once dropped off is given to the shipping carrier that you chose at checkout.

REFUND POLICY: 

Refunds will only be issued if upon delivery the item is received damaged or defective. The refund will only be issued if item is returned. Order cancellations are only available if the shipping label has NOT been created. You can send an email containing your order number to contactshopsteelangel@gmail.com to confirm your return or order cancellation. 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Exchanges are available on a case by case basis. If an exchange is approved there is a fee of $5USD to cover shipping the new item once originally purchased items are returned back to me.  Please send your concerns to contactshopsteelangel.com.
